液压挖掘机多路阀全电液综合测试系统开发

         

摘要

液压挖掘机多路阀工作压力高、流量大,且具有合流、优先等特殊功能,各项性能参数难以精确测量。提出了一种基于电液比例控制的多路阀全电液综合测试系统,该测试系统利用变频电机控制多路阀输入流量,利用电液比例溢流阀完成正反双向工作载荷的模拟,利用电液比例减压阀实现多路阀主阀芯轴向位移的精确控制。介绍了测试系统整体方案,进行了该系统的功率匹配计算,分析了阀芯轴向位移与液压先导压力之间的关系。试验结果表明,该测试系统能够完成多路阀的各类型式试验和出厂试验。%The hydraulic excavator multi-way valve has some special functions,such as high working pressure,large flow,con-course,priority and so on,and all the performance parameters are difficult to precisely measure. A kind of full electro-hydraulic inte-grated multiple valve testing system which based on the electro-hydraulic proportional control was put forward. The positive and negative two-way work load simulation were completed on this testing system by using variable frequency motor control multi-way valve input flow and using the electro-hydraulic proportional relief valve. The precise control of multi-way valve of main valve core axial displacement was realized by using electro-hydraulic proportional pressure reducing valve. The detail test plan for system was introduced,the power matching calculation of the system was accomplished,and the relationship between the valve core axial displacement and hydraulic pilot pressure was analyzed. The testing results show that the testing system can accomplish multi-way valve of all kinds of type test and leave factory test.
