PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation system development device and navigation system development method which can easily modify graphics-related data without changing content of display control data for controlling display of graphics.;SOLUTION: The navigation system development device includes an input section 2 for inputting from outside graphics-related data including the graphic data relating to the graphics displayed on a screen and operation description data defined corresponding to the graphics for describing the behavior of the graphics on the screen, a storing section 3 in which control data for controlling transition of the display status depending on predetermined commands and display control data for displaying the graphics on the screen based on the operation description data for the respective display status are stored, and a conversion section 4 for producing the control data and an execution program by incorporating the graphics-related data in the display control data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
