蜂窝纸芯高速送纸和直线剪纸的同步控制方法研究

     

摘要

在新型蜂窝纸芯水平高速剪切生产线研发中,剪切速度成为制约生产效率的关键问题,采用直线电机取代普通变频调速电机-曲柄滑块机构,驱动1600 mm长的动刀,在25 mm的行程上,做600~800刀/min的往复直线剪切运动;采用高响应步进电机或力矩电机驱动凸轮间歇送纸机构取代原有自由落体式送纸,以满足高速剪纸的需要,此时剪纸与送纸的同步控制成为控制的难点之一。研究了高速间歇送纸的触发条件,同时对剪纸与送纸同步过程中的时序进行了计算和分析,提出了一种同步控制方法。实验结果表明,该方法能有效实现高速剪切下间歇送纸的同步控制。%In the R&D of new honeycomb paper core horizontal high-speed shear production line,cutting speed has become key problem which restricted production efficiency. By replacing the general frequency variable motor slider-crank mechanism with linear stepping motor to drive the cutter with 1 600 mm in length,reciprocating linear exercise of 600~800 times of cutting per minute in the distance of 25 mm was done. The freely falling paper transmission mechanism was replaced by the cam intermittent paper feed driven with high response stepping motor or torque motor,so as to meet needs in high-speed cutting of paper,here the synchronous control be-tween the paper cutting and the paper transmission became one of the difficulties in control. The trigger conditions of high-speed inter-mittent paper transmission were researched,at the same time,the timing of the synchronization process of paper cutting and paper transmission was calculated and analyzed,and a way of synchronous control was presented. The experimental results show that this method can effectively achieve the synchronous control of the intermittent feed of the high shear.
