Amagneto-rheological fluids(MRF)mountsis an important tool for engine automatic iso-lation system.By the broadband frequency characteristics of engine vibration source,anonlinear stiffness of mounts leads parameters matrix of the state equation performed time-varies charac-ters which tradition optimization method cannot solved bynonlinear stiffness of Mounts.There-fore,a four-cylinder four-cycle in line diesel engine adopt in this paper to found a method which feedback system velocity,acceleration and engine speed by an improved instantaneous optima-algorithm.The simulation results shows the new control method is more effective in different work condition than traditional instantaneous-optima-control.%由基于磁流变技术设计而成的磁流变悬置是一种新型的发动机隔振主动控制装置。由于发动机工况复杂多变,使得发动机不平衡力激励具有宽频的特点。因此,在对发动机进行隔振控制时,需要考虑悬置刚度随发动机转速的非线性变化,这使得状态方程中的参数矩阵具有时变特性,使得传统的最优控制方法失效。为此,选取具有代表性的4缸4冲程发动机作为研究对象,提出了利用系统状态变量以及发动机转速作为反馈的改进瞬时最优控制方法,并利用数值仿真模拟控制过程。结果表明:考虑刚度随发动机转速非线性变化的改进方法相比不考虑刚度变化的传统最优控制方法在发动机各种运行工况下都取得了更好的隔振效果。
