连杆零件加工工艺分析及钻孔夹具设计

摘要

The connecting rod parts technical features were analyzed.Processing technology was reasonable arranged.Drilling fixture was designed,so ordinary drilling machine could replace boring machine to machine high-precision holes.The fixture has simple structure,easy operation,high precision.It can be used to guarantee high size precision of parts.%分析连杆零件技术特征,合理安排加工工艺,设计钻孔夹具,利用普通钻床代替镗床加工高精度孔.该夹具结构简单,操作方便,精度高,能保证加工零件的尺寸精度.
