数控机床主轴部件静、动态刚度的优劣直接影响到机床整机加工精度等性能指标.针对某高精度卧式镗床的主轴系统模型提出了简化的等效方法;对主轴上的轴承刚度进行了计算,并对轴承的弹性模量进行了估算;运用有限元分析软件对主轴系统模型进行了静态强度和模态分析,预测了设计的主轴模型的性能,为主轴的进一步优化提供依据.%The static stiffness and dynamic stiffness of the spindle components of CNC machine tool will directly affect the performance indicators such as machining accuracy.A simplified equivalent method for the spindle system model was proposed.The bearing stiffness of the spindle system was calculated,and the elastic modulus of bearing was estimated.The performance of the spindle system was predicted by static analysis and modal analysis using finite element analysis software,which provided evidence for further optimization of the spindle system.
