基于四轴加工中心的斜齿轮多轴数控加工工艺

         

摘要

In view of processing characteristics of large module gear,the multiaxis NC machining technology and processing characteristics of helical gear were analyzed. Tool path generation,machining program,tool path simulation,cutter interference and collision detection for machine tool and gear profile were discussed. The optimal method and process scheme of helical gear for multiaxis machining were found out. This method can not only make full use of the processing capacity of multiaxis NC machining center, but also give us a new way and thought for large module helical gear’s processing.%  针对大模数齿轮齿形的加工特点,着重分析了斜齿轮多轴数控加工的工艺方法和工艺特点,研究了斜齿轮齿形多轴加工中刀具轨迹的生成、加工编程、刀具轨迹仿真验证、刀具干涉和机床与齿轮齿形的碰撞检查等,寻求出斜齿轮多轴数控加工的最优方法和工艺方案。该方案既能够充分发挥多轴设备的加工能力,又为大模数斜齿轮加工提出了新的方法与思路。
