Electrohydraulic proportional position servo system is a system with nonlinear and dead zone. Only using PID controller can not solve the contradiction between rapidity and stability. Basing on LabVIEW platform,aiming at the control problem of electrohydraulic proportional position servo system with dead zone,a fuzzy controller was designed and compared with PID control. Experimental result shows that the using fuzzy controller,the asymmetry of the hydraulic cylinder motion is basically eliminated by compensating dead zone. The effect of fuzzy control is better than PID in rapidity,accuracy and stability.% 电液比例位置控制系统是非线性、时变性严重的一种系统,且具有变流量死区、变流量增益的特性。单纯采用线性PID控制器难于协调快速性和稳定性之间的矛盾。基于LabVIEW平台,针对电液比例位置系统具有死区非线性的特点,设计模糊控制器,并与PID控制算法进行比较。实验结果表明:模糊控制通过对比例阀死区的补偿,基本消除了液压缸运动的不对称性,并且在快速性、准确性以及稳定性方面优于传统的PID控制,改善了系统的性能。
