基于 FPGA的步进电机变速控制系统研究

         

摘要

针对多步进电机控制系统中容易出现的同步、失步和堵转问题,用EP3C25设计了多步进电机变速控制系统。该系统依据步进电机运行的轨迹,计算出x、y方向运行步数及各步速度,进而计算出驱动步进电机的脉冲信号周期和频率,并给出设计的系统硬件原理图及相应软件控制状态机。试验结果表明:该系统能够实现多个步进电机并行升降速控制,系统控制精度高、运行平稳可靠。%As to the issues of synchronization,losing synchronism and stalling in multiple stepper motor control system,a multiple stepper motor speed control system was designed using EP3C25. According to the trajectory of stepper motor,the step number and the speed of each step were calculated,and then the driving pulse signal period and frequency of the stepper motor were calculated. The hardware schematics and the state machine of the software were given. The experimental results show that the system can be used to realize multiple stepper motor parallel landing speed control,and the control system has advantages of high precision,stable and reliable.
