液压作动器驱动的风机叶片疲劳加载系统研究

     

摘要

设计了一套液压作动器驱动的风机叶片疲劳加载系统,根据动力源气压变化给出加载系统的工作流程。建立液控系统仿真模型,分析了动力源绝热指数对系统的影响程度。建立控制系统数学模型,采用主从式PID算法对作动器工况进行控制。仿真结果表明,加载系统动力源应尽可能处于绝热状态,两个作动器能同时实现任意振幅振动。以上证明了该系统具有驱动叶片进行疲劳加载试验的能力。%A wind turbine blade fatigue loading system driven with the hydraulic actuator was designed. The work flow of loading system was gotten according to the power source gas pressure change. The influence of power source index to the system was gotten by establishing the liquid control simulation model. The PID masterslave algorithm was used for controlling the actuator system in working condition by building the mathematical model of control system. Simulation results show that the loading system power source must be possibly in the adiabatic condition. Two actuators can achieve arbitrary amplitude vibration at the same time. All above show that this loading system has the ability of driving wind turbine blade fatigue loading test.
