A mathematical model of throttle valve for controlling pressure and intelligent fuzzy PID control system were built, to solve the undesirable dynamic response and low steady-state precision of the ultrahigh-pressure control for hydraulic system. The simulation of the intelligent fuzzy PID control system was carried out based on MATLAB/Simulink. The result shows that the dynamic response and steady-state precision are greatly improved by adopting fuzzy PID.%针对液压系统超高压控制中动态响应性能和稳态性差的问题,建立了压力控制节流阀的数学模型,设计了基于模糊PID的智能控制系统,并利用MATLAB/Simulink进行仿真.结果表明:采用基于模糊PID的智能控制系统大大改善了液压控制动态性能,提高了稳态精度.
