基于等轴拉伸试验的丙烯酸橡胶的黏超弹性模型及分析

         

摘要

丙烯酸橡胶常用来制作电活性聚合物驱动器.基于双轴拉伸试验,提出一种丙烯酸橡胶弹性体的黏超弹性本构模型,运用应变能函数和Prony级数描述弹性体双轴拉伸状态下的大应变时变响应特性.通过拟合双轴拉伸试验数据,得出二阶Odgen超弹性模型参数及三阶Prony级数系数,并运用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对双轴拉伸松弛试验进行仿真分析,验证了该模型的有效性.%In general the acrylic elastomer can be used in dielectric elastomer actuators. A visco-hyperelastic model for the acrylicrnelastomer was put forward based on equi-biaxial tensile experiment. In this work, large strain viscoelastic response was described by u-rnsing the Prony series and the strain energy potential. Through fitting of equi-biaxial experimental data, the parameters of two-order Od-rngen hyperelastic model and three-order Prony series were extracted. Hie model was validated by simulating with the software ABAQUS.
