一种新型智能竹丝编织机的设计

竹编工艺是中华民族的瑰宝之一,其工艺品符合绿色环保的理念.传统的竹丝工艺品多为人工编织,效率低,图案简单.竹编工艺的机械化和智能化程度必须提高.因此,采用数字图像处理算法设计了一种新型智能竹丝编织机,由多行多列电磁铁组成的程序控制系统取代了传统经纬机械控制系统.依靠图像处理技术,这种新型智能竹丝编织机可以把任何一幅数字图案编织成黑白竹编工艺品.%Bamboo weaving technology is the gem of the Chinese nation. Bamboo weaving handicraft is green environmentally products. Traditional technology depends on manual weaving with inefficiency. Mechanization and intelligent degree of bamboo weaving technology must be increased. A new intelligent bamboo weaving machine was designed based on image processing algorithm. Mechanical construction was converted into program control system. Any kind of digital photos can be transferred into bamboo weaving handicrafts with image processing technology.
