Three different kinds of valve spool structures of single-coil magnetorheological (MR)valve were designed according to the rheological properties of MR fluid. The pressure drop properties of single-coil MR valve were calculated and analyzed. Mean-while,three different kinds of valve spool structures of MR valve were simulated using ANSYS software. The distribution of magnetic flux line,magnetic field intensity as well as the magnetic induction of flow path were obtained. The influence of the valve spool cham-fer,input current and flow rate on the pressure drop were studied. The results show that the pressure drop is increased with the increas-ing of the input current and the flow rate for the three different valve spool structures,and the pressure drop with the plain ends is big-ger than those of with the chamfered ends and the filleted ends. The relevant conclusions have a certain guiding significances for the structure design of MR valve.%根据磁流变液的可控流变特性设计了3种不同阀芯结构的单线圈磁流变阀,同时对单线圈磁流变阀的压降特性进行了理论分析。采用ANSYS有限元仿真软件对3种不同阀芯结构的磁流变阀进行了电磁场仿真分析,得出了磁流变阀磁力线分布、磁场强度分布以及液流通道处磁感应强度大小的变化规律。研究了阀芯倒角、输入电流大小和流量大小对系统压降的影响。结果表明:不同阀芯结构磁流变阀的总压降随着输入电流和流量大小的增加而增大,且无倒角的单线圈磁流变阀压降最大。为实际磁流变阀结构设计提供了参考。
