一种压铸机增压回路的创新设计与应用分析

A boost circuit for die casting machine was designed. Combined with the circuit, three kinds of pressure cylinder were analyzed. So the problems occurred in shot process of the die casting machine can be better solved, not only the quality of die castings can be improved, but also labor productivity can be effectively improved and the operation cost can be reduced. It has certain practical value.%设计一种压铸机的增压回路, 结合此回路设计分析了3种增压缸, 可以更好地解决压铸机在执行压射过程出现的问题, 不仅可以提高压铸件的质量, 还可以有效提高劳动生产率、 降低运行成本, 具有一定的实用价值.
