从采煤机记忆切割方法存在的不足出发,对采煤机使用的背景进行研究,通过对传统记忆切割的改进,提出了基于C8051F021采煤机截割部的自适应调高实现方法。该方法采用C8051F021片上系统作为核心设计硬件电路,先导式比例流量控制阀作为主控原件,实现采煤机摇臂的智能升降,系统还采用无线传输模块实现远程监控的目的。%Started from the shortcomings of memory cutting method existed in shearer, the research of shearer�s using background was carried out. Through the improvement the method of traditional mnemonic cutting, the method of realizing adaptive height setting of the shearer cutting part based on C8051F021 was put forward. This system was adopted of C8051F021 system on chip ( SOC) as the core to design hardware circuit and used the pilot proportional flow valve as the main control component. The intellectualized lifting up& down of mining machine rocker is realized, and the module of wireless transmission in this system is adopted to realize the aim of re⁃mote monitoring.
