逆系统理论在放卷张力系统控制中的应用

         

摘要

放卷系统是印刷机产生印刷张力的最主要部件,呈现出典型的多输入、 多输出、 非线性、 强耦合的特性,保持放卷系统的张力稳定是保证印刷质量的关键所在.根据逆系统理论进行了放卷张力系统的解耦和线性化控制研究,根据放卷系统的特点,通过一系列控制量变换将耦合的非线性放卷张力系统变换为两个二阶伪线性系统,实现了放卷张力系统的解耦和线性化.通过引入主动阻尼来增强伪线性系统的抗扰动性能,并通过对伪线性系统设计附加的PID控制器来提高张力控制的性能.仿真结果表明,提出的逆系统解耦控制策略能够消除放卷张力系统变量之间的耦合作用,实现放卷张力系统的解耦控制.引入主动阻尼后设计的PID控制器,使张力控制达到了理想的效果.%The unwinding system of printing press is the most important section for system 's tension creating , which shows charac-teristics of typical multi-input-multi-output, nonlinear and strong coupling .To maintain the stability of the tension in unwinding system has become a key problem to ensure the quality of print .An inverse system theory is used on study in the unwinding system 's decoupling and linearization of tension control .According to the characteristics of unwinding system , a series of control variable transformations were employed to implement decoupling and linearization of the unwinding tension system by changing the unwinding syste from a cou -pled and nonlinear system to two 2nd order pseudo-linear subsystems .The active-damping was introduced into the pseudo-linear subsys-tems to enhance the ability of disturbance-resist, and high-performance tension control could be obtained by designing additional pro -portion integration differential (PID) controller.Simulation results show that the proposed control strategy of inverse system can achieve decoupling function among variables of unwinding tension system , and implement decoupling control .The PID controller which is de-signed after introducing the active-damping makes the tension control get an ideal effect .
