基于Adams的船用起重机伸缩套管减摇装置的原理及运动仿真分析

         

摘要

For offshore crane in the operation process, due to the suspension of lifting wire rope belongs to the flexible parts and wind, wave and ocean environment with impact, which caused the load swing, a new type of offshore crane of telescopic sleeve stabilizer was proposed.The casing of the rigid constraints was used to reduce the swing range of the load.The telescopic pipe device was introduced of principle and components, and Kinematic modeling analysis was carried on.Finally the practicality and feasibility of the device are verified through experiments.%针对船用起重机在作业过程中,由于悬挂重物的钢丝绳属于柔性件受风、浪等海洋环境载荷的影响,使得负载产生摆动,提出一种新型船用起重机伸缩套管减摇装置,利用套管的刚性约束来减小吊索的摇摆幅度.介绍了伸缩套管装置的组成和原理,并利用Adams进行运动学分析,最后通过试验验证了该装置的可行性和实用性.
