基于TRIZ的往复式线切割机床贮丝筒创新设计

摘要

The Theory of Innovative Problem Solving(TRIZ)and its application in the product innovative design are introduced. A process model for solving conflicts of the wire winding drums of reciprocating wire cutting machine based on TRIZ was presented, then this model was used to solve the problems in the design of the wire winding drums.Finally a new type of the wire winding drums is designed by using conflict matrix and 40 inventive principles.%介绍了TRIZ基本理论及其在产品创新设计中的应用,针对往复式线切割机床贮丝筒存在的问题提出了一种基于TRIZ的产品冲突解决流程,应用该流程对贮丝筒设计中存在的问题进行了求解,最终利用冲突矩阵和40条发明原理设计出了一种新型的往复式线切割机床贮丝筒.
