基于延时补偿和三状态控制的筒盖开关盖过程控制

         

摘要

我国舰艇导弹发射装置开关盖部分一直以来均采用液压系统配合以开环单向控制的方式执行动作,造成动作精度无法保证,成为制约系统发展的一个重要原因.为提高开关盖过程的控制精度,以电液位置-力闭环控制系统为控制对象,利用延时补偿解决换向阀换向过程中的液压冲击问题,利用三状态控制器提高动作精度.对设计的控制器进行实验,利用两液压缸分别模拟开关盖过程中的动作和井盖重力引起的干扰力,实现对干扰的抑制,提高动作精度.实验表明:该控制策略能够很好地提高开关盖的动作精度.%Our ship missile launch device switch cover part has been adopted hydraulic system with an action in the form of open loop control one-way,causing motion accuracy cannot be guaranteed,become an important reason for restricting the development of the system.In order to improve the control precision of the switch cover process,based on electro-hydraulic position servo system as the control object,using delay compensation solve the problem of hydraulic impact in the process of reversing valve commutation,using three-variable controller to improve the movement accuracy.The controller of the design is experimentally tested,and two hydraulic cylinders are used to simulate the action of the switch cover and the interference force caused by the gravity of the well cover respectively,so as to control the interference and improve the precision of the motion.Experiments show that the control strategy can improve the precision of the switch cover.
