The opener has an adjustable rotatory top with a cover/cap-like housing (1). The top exhibits an axial section (2) with three uniform extensions, through which respective conditions of set screw (3) are found and seating/arrangement of a rotatory closure is controlled. The set screw is attached laterally at the housing edge using a threaded hole/channel, which is fixed on an upper half of a top edge of the closure.
