With constantly improving the product thickness measurement requirements, the ultrasonic thickness measurement technology develops rapidly.It designs a kind of ultrasonic thickness measurement system based on pulse reflection principle, takes AVR ATmega16A type single chip microcomputer as control unit.It describes respectively from hardware design and software design such as the drive circuit, receiving echo modulation circuit, ultrasonic launch counting circuit, power supply circuit and auxiliary circuit, and storage, key, display, etc.It also illustrates software design about top-down design concept, the real time monitoring of the thickness of the material.The test shows that the system can improve the performance of ultrasonic thickness measurement.%随着产品厚度测量要求的不断提高,超声测厚技术迅猛发展起来.设计研制了一种基于脉冲反射原理的超声测厚系统,系统主要控制芯片选用AVR ATmega16A型单片机,并分别从硬件设计、软件设计两个角度对测厚系统进行详细阐述.硬件设计主要包含超声波发射驱动电路、接收回波调理电路、计数电路、电源供给电路、辅助电路,其中辅助电路包含存储电路、按键电路、显示电路等;软件设计主要采用自上而下的设计理念,以实现被测材料厚度的实时监测.该研究对科研工作者进一步提高超声测厚系统的性能具有指导意义.
