偏置圆柱蜗杆传动副中面蜗轮的齿面复杂,直接进行三维建模比较困难.在AutoCAD中,利用AutoLISP语言编制程序模拟滚刀加工面蜗轮的过程,完成了偏置圆柱蜗杆传动副的三维建模.得到的三维造型可进行啮合仿真、有限元分析等操作.%It is not easy to make solid model of plane worm wheel in helicon gearing because its surface is complex. This paper puts forward that AutoLISP is used to develop programs and to generate the 3-D model of helicon gearing in AutoCAD. The solid model can be used for simulation,finite element analysis and so on.
