基于模糊理论的虚拟振动分析仪设计

             

摘要

介绍了用模糊理论建立虚拟仪器.以模糊理论为基础,确定隶属函数类型,模糊子集的个数,以及对应的隶属函数的参数,并将这些信息以字符串形式传递到Matlab的工作空间中,在Labview软件平台下,通过程序接口调用相应的Matlab程序,建立模糊系统.模糊系统根据硬件采集信号所得的数值来确定机器所处的状态,本设计以齿轮箱为例设计虚拟振动分析仪以检测齿轮箱的运动状态.%This paper introduces the use of the fuzzy theory to establish virtual instrument. Based on Fuzzy theory,the membership function type,the number of Fuzzy subsets and the corresponding parameters are determined. This information is passed as a character string to the Matlab workspace. In the Labview platform through the program interface, the appropriate Matlab program is called then the Fuzzy system is established. Based on the collection of hardware signal data, the state of machine is determined in Fuzzy system. The gear box is taken for example to design Virtual Vibration analyzer to detect the state of motion of gear box.
