脱泡器双螺旋叶片结构动力特性分析

     

摘要

搅拌器的双螺旋叶片工作在高粘度胶液中.文中分别推导了叶片在空气中的动力特性方程及在胶液中的流固耦合方程,并通过ANSYS对其动力特性进行了仿真计算,得到了搅拌叶片前十阶频率及其振型.其中在胶液中进行动力特性分析时运用了附加质量法,通过表面效应单元传递了流体对叶片的反作用力.结果表明,叶片在胶液中的固有频率比空气中有所降低,并且对不同阶次频率,附加质量的影响有所不同.其分析结果可以为双螺旋叶片结构改进、优化设计和实验研究提供理论依据.%The double helical-ribbon blades of the stirrer are operated in high-viscosity glue. Firstly this paper derives the dynamic e-quation in the air and fluid-structure interaction equation in the glue. Then the modal analysis is made by using ANSYS. Finally,we get the former tenth-order natural frequencies and vibration. The added mass method is used in the analysis of the dynamic properties in the glue and the fluid reaction force is passed to the blade through the surface effect element. The results show that the frequency in the glue is smaller than the one with same order in the air,but the influence on different reduction and different order is not same. The result also can be applied to the theoretical basis in the structural improvement,optimal design and experimental study.
