数控车床中椭圆轮廓上球形螺纹加工的宏程序

摘要

The concept of macro programs,the selection of a mathematical model,the method of sphericity thread form in NC progamming,and sphericity thread form machining based on ellipse contour are briefly introduced in this paper.Various NC programs to machine sphericity thread form based on ellipse contour are developed using macro programs.This method can be used for the contour machining of all types of conic.%介绍宏程序的概念、数学模型的选择、球形螺纹实现方法和在椭圆轮廓上加工球形螺纹.举例编制了椭圆轮廓上球形螺纹的宏加工程序,此方法适用于所有二次曲线的球形螺纹加工.
