高速立式加工中心床身结构动态设计

         

摘要

The bed is an important component of machine tools and has a significant impact on the dynamic characteristics of the whole machine In order to improve the dyanmic characteristics of the bed, this paper develops the CAD/CAE model of the body of high speed vertical machining center and analyzes the dynamic characteristics by aid of FEM.The sensitivty analysis and the structural optimzation are carried out to improve the low natural frequency of the bed end obtain the best combination of the thickness of the rib plate and the wall, which makes the first-order and second-order natural frequency of the bed increased by 11.4% and 1.69% respectively The dynamic behavior of the bed is improved obviously.%床身是机床结构的重要组成部分,对机床整机的动态特性具有重要影响.为了提高床身结构的动态特性,建立高速立式加工中心床身的CAD/CAE模型,借助有限单元法,运用灵敏度分析和结构优化的方法,对加工中心床身开展以提高床身的低阶固有频率为目标的动态结构优化设计,得到床身筋板厚度和壁厚的最佳匹配值,使床身前两阶固有频率较优化前的结构分别提高了11.44%和1.69%,床身动态特性得到明显提高.
