炉前快分室试样代码自动传输系统

摘要

为了适应现代化炼钢厂高节奏生产,满足信息化驱动的工艺过程控制数据需求的及时性,开发了基于Delphi 7.0的快分室试样代码自动传输系统.利用Delphi强大的数据库编程特点,整合Microsoft Access和Oracle数据库,运用Socket编程技术,通过电文的形式实现计算机和ARL2000全自动光谱分析仪器的实时通讯,同时对试样的分析结果进行记录和归档.%For the sake of adapting modem steel making plant to high pace production, and satisfying the timeliness of process control data requirement which is driven by IT technology,this paper uses Delphi 7.0 to develop the sample code automatic transmission system in steel making plant laboratory and employs the large Delphi database to integrate Microsoft Access and Oracle. Real-time communication with ARL2000 automatic spectrum analyzer is implemented by socket through telegram. The analysis result is recorded and archived also.
