发动机连杆螺栓拧紧工艺的试验研究

     

摘要

The tightening process of bolt connection has a strong impact on the assembly quality of the whole machine. The torque and torque/angle control methods are two common ways to control the preloaded force of bolts. Firstly, this paper analyzes the characters and influence factors of these two methods. Then, they are used to tighten bolts in the machining and assembly process of engine connecting rods. Their influences on the roundness of big holes on connecting rods are researched on by the experiments. Experimental results show that the control accuracy which the torquel angle control method is used to obtain is better.%螺栓连接的拧紧工艺对整机装配品质有很大影响.扭矩控制法和扭矩/转角控制法是控制螺栓预紧力的两种常用方法.分析了这两种方法的特点及影响因素,在以发动机连杆加工和装配中的螺栓拧紧为对象,通过试验研究了这两种方法对连杆大头孔圆度的影响,试验结果表明扭矩/转角控制法具有更高的控制精度.
