锥齿轮传动的模糊优化设计

         

摘要

锥齿轮传动是一种常见的机械传动方式,用来传递两相交轴之间的运动和动力.锥齿轮设计的参数有随机性和模糊性等不确定因素,根据模糊教学的基本原理,建立了锥齿轮传动模糊优化设计的数学模型,介绍了模糊优化设计的方法,并结合实例利用MATLAB优化工具箱进行手优计算,分别给出了普通优化设计和模糊优化设计的计算结果,证明了模糊优化设计的最优性.%Bevel gear drive is a kind of common mechanical transmission way, which is used to transfer motion and power between two intersecting axes. A lot of uncertain factors of the fuzziness and randomness exist in the bevel gear design parameters. This paper establishes the mathematical model of the fuzzy optimal design for the bevel gear drive according to the basic principle of the fuzzy mathematics, introduces fuzzy optimal design method, uses MATLAB optimal toolbox for optimization calculation in combination with the fuzzy optimal design example, and gives the calculation results of ordinary and fuzzy optimal designs respctively and then proves the optimality of its design.
