基于WLAN的挖掘机作业情况视频监控系统的设计与实现

摘要

In order to make a excavator work smoothly in the dead space and in harsh environment, the article introduces the design and implementation of excavator wireless video monitoring system based on GXV3504 Ip video server, H. 264 video compression module and WLAN technology and describes its working principle and the frame work, the design and implementation of software and hardware, as well as the control software design of the monitoring center management server system platform. The experimental results show the that the video monitoring functions of excavator is realized in the system and it is used to solve the working question in harsh environment.%为了让挖掘机能在视觉死角处和在不适宜人工作业的恶劣环境下进行作业,采用了GXV3504视频服务器、H.264视频压缩模块和WLAN无线通信模块的视频监控系统的设计与实现.描述了视频监控系统的工作原理和总体框架结构,监控系统的软、硬件设计和实现,以及监控中心管理服务器系统平台的控制软件的设计.实验结果表明:该系统实现了对挖掘机作业情况的视频监控功能,解决了在恶劣工作环境下施工作业的问题.
