兆瓦级风力发电机组的各组部件之间通常都通过高强度螺栓连接.这些高强度螺栓常年处在较为恶劣的环境中,且受力复杂.通过风力发电机组运行证明,螺栓连接处是较易出现失效的地方.因此,在设计时需要对机组螺栓连接的各部位进行精确的计算,以保证风电机组运行的安全性、可靠性.主要介绍了关键部位连接螺栓适用的不同计算方法.%The High-strength bolts are usually used for the component connection of MW wind turbine. They are in poor environments and under complex stress all the year round. The experience demonstrates that the bolts are easy to fail. In order to improve the safety of the wind turbine, we have need to calculate the bolt strength accurately. This paper describes the different calculation meth ods of high-strength bolts.
