管网直联无负压供水系统的设计

         

摘要

This paper uses the programmable logic controller (PLC) and the technology to remove the vacuum in the pipes of the system and completes the hardware and software design of non negative pressure water supply system based on directly-joining ductwork.This mode is used to make full use of the pipes residual pressure.The pump speed is regulated on the basis of the pipes residual pressure by the numerical control cabinet,so that the insufficiency of the set pressure value is compensated,in order to achieve the purpose of energy saving.%以可编程序控制器(PLC)为核心,利用真空消除技术,完成了基于PID的管网直联无负压供水系统的软硬件设计.管网直联无负压供水方式能充分利用自来水管网的剩余压力,变频数控柜可根据自来水管网剩余压力的大小自动调节水泵转速,补充设定压力值的不足部分,从而达到节能的目的.
