大规格精密数控车削中心的研究开发

摘要

针对大规格精密数控车削中心加工的特点,介绍了机床整体结构方案、主要技术参数、主要解决的技术难点,开展了主要技术创新点研究.经过研究开发,已取得了阶段性成果.该机床的研发,提升了国产数控机床的先进制造关键共性技术水平,增强了自主创新能力.%According to the processing characteristic of large size precision CNC tuming center,this thesis introduces the over-all structure scheme,main technology data and technological difficult points and carries out the main innovation technology research.Through its Research and development the phased results are achieved now,the advanced manufacturing key technology level of domestic CNC machine is improved and the ability of independent innovation is enharced as well.
