基于客户需求的机加工产品质量管理问题及其对策

摘要

首先,基于斯伦贝谢亚洲采购中心在亚洲的机加工供应商和欧美同行业质量水平的比较描述了开展此项目(基于客户需求的机加工供应商质量管理问题和对策)的背景；其次,阐述了在机加工行业中的”客户需求(customer needs)”；随后,应用”过程方法(process approach)”逐步探讨了在机加工行业生产中的常见质量问题和解决方法.并在此基础上提出了机加工供应商在提升产品质量方面需要做的几个行之有效的对策.%Firstly, the paper describes the necessity to carry out the project according to the comparison among the machining quality levels of Asia, North American and European suppliers wihch is made by Asia Global Sourcing of Schlumberger. Secondly, it expatiates on the customer needs in machining industry. Then it introduces the general quality problems and solutions in machining industry and the use of "Process Approach" methodology. Finally, it brings forward some feasible and effective countermeasures on quality improvement of machining suppliers.
