机器视觉检测技术在烟箱缺条检测方面的运用

摘要

This paper compares the several different detection method for the box lack on the sealing machine and introduces the principle and characferistics of the machine vision defection technology which is used to detect the cigaretle box lack. This technology and the black hole image processing technology are used in the detection system to judge the lack and remove the cigaretle box. The cigaretle box packaging hardness, color and brand of cigarette are not detected in this system, Its detection accuracy is high.%比较了在卷烟装封箱机处增加的几种不同的烟箱缺条检测方法，介绍了机器视觉检测技术应用于烟箱缺条的原理和特点。该检测系统利用机器视觉检测技术和黑洞图像处理技术，判断并剔除缺条烟箱；系统不受被检测烟箱软硬包装、颜色及卷烟品牌的影响，检测精度较高。
