一种无机房电梯救援装置的设计

摘要

随着电梯驱动与控制技术的发展，特别是耐用、节能的永磁同步电机曳引机的研发成功，无机房电梯作为绿色电梯的代表成为建筑业电梯市场新的选择，逐步得到广泛应用，但由于其结构与有机房电梯存在着较大差异，因此出现事故时，应急救援的难度很大。设计一种便携式紧急救援装置，以解决无机房救援中的紧急电动运行及手动或电动松闸装置失效情况下的紧急救援问题。%With the development of the elevator drive and control technology, especial y the development of the durable, energy-effi-cient traction machine with permanent magnet synchronous motor, now the elevator machine room is selected as the green building industry elevator in the market. Because of the great difference between its structure and elevator machine room, the emergency res-cue becomes very difficult when an accident happens. ln this paper, a portable emergency device is designed to solve the problems of machine-roomless elevator room emergency rescue operation and service in the case of manual or electric brake release device failure.
