It is the variable reluctance type structure and can meet the demand for the measurement of helicopter engine’ s speed. Due to high temperature and harsh environment of test, its structure and sealing are optimized. The simulation and experiment results show that the sensor can stil maintain high reliability and stability in the high temperature environment of 160℃.
