等离子体大尺寸滚动轴承套圈表面抛光方法初探

         

摘要

在滚动轴承套圈滚道表面超精研现状的基础上,讨论滚动轴承套圈滚道表面抛光的意义,分析了等离子体抛光技术等原理及特点,并应用等离子体抛光技术,通过试验方式对某类型的大尺寸滚动轴承套圈滚道进行了试验研究,验证了等离子体除锈蚀的作用效果及对轴承套圈表面抛光的影响。%On the basis of a comprehensive review of the status quo of the surface super-finishing of rol ing bearing ring, a discus-sion on the significance of surface polishing for rol ing bearing ring is presented. The technical principles and features of plasma polis-hing technology are analyzed. By using plasma polishing technology, an experimental research on a type of large-size rol ing bearing ring raceway is conducted. The results show that the plasma, in addition to its effect of scaling, can influence the surface polishing of the bearing ring.
