发电机定子铁芯接缝产生轴电压的有限元分析

     

摘要

基于有限元软件ANSOFT-MAXWEL,研究具有定子铁芯接缝的永磁同步发电机有限元建模方法和步骤,以及定子铁芯接缝不对称对永磁发电机磁通密度产生的影响。通过有限元电磁场暂态仿真分析,表明不均匀的定子铁芯接缝会使发电机磁场分布发生变化并产生轴电压,该结论有助于进一步研究大型汽轮发电机由于磁通不对称产生的轴电压。%Based on ANSOFT-MAXWELL finite element software, research on the steps and methods to establish the finite model of the permanent magnet synchronization generator with joints in stator core is carried out. The effect of asymmetric joints in stator core on the flux density of synchronization permanent magnet generator is analyzed. The transient analysis of the electromagnetic field shows that the asymmetric joints in stator core wil cause the changes in the distribution of magnetic field, which wil produce shat voltage. This conclusion is helpful for the further research on shaft voltage caused by a symmetric flux in large-size turbogen-erators.
