基于Magic前处理的快速原型制造

摘要

With the rearview mirror as an example, on the basis of the first-phase point cloud col ection and model reconstruction, and after the format conversion, by using Magic software, the rapid prototyping pre-processing on the model is carried out including model repairing after the format conversion, model placement selection, and model slicing. The rapid prototyping of the model is completed on the ASF-320 laser rapid prototyping machine.%以后视镜为例，在前期点云采集及模型重建基础上，经过格式转换以后，应用Magic软件对模型进行了快速原型前处理工作，包括格式转换后模型修补、模型摆放位置选择、模型切片。最后在ASF-320激光快速自动成型机上完成了模型的快速原型制造。
