一种穿梭车升降结构的机械设计

     

摘要

现代化物流中穿梭小车是常用的运输工具。在此基础上对几种穿梭小车的升降结构进行了分析研究,提出了一种将电机、减速装置与螺旋传导一体化集成的新型穿梭车升降结构。对升降结构的工作原理进行了阐述,根据技术指标,计算出升降机构主要部件的尺寸。校核了丝杠螺母机构的自锁性能和稳定性,对丝杠、螺纹的强度进行了校核。设计出了满足机构要求的丝杠螺母机构,为升降机构的定型设计提供了参考。%The rail guided vehicle is an important transportation means in modern logistics. Several kinds of ascending and descend-ing structures for the RGV are careful y studied and analyzed, on the basis of which a new type of ascending and descending struc-ture with integration of motor, speed reducer, and spiral conduction is presented. The working principles of this new structure are ex-plained. According to the technical indicators, the dimensional parameters of the main components are worked out. The self-locking mechanism, the stability of the screw nuts, the strength of the screws and threads are checked. Al this provides engineering refer-ence for the finalized design of the structure.
