用于网络浏览的三维装配工艺轻量化模型拆分共享技术

摘要

针对B/S架构的制造工艺管理系统应用环境提出一种三维装配工艺模型轻量化模型拆分共享方法.利用工艺管理系统中相同零部件几何面片模型常被多个装配工艺项目共用的特点,对三维装配工艺几何模型进行合理拆分得到若干零部件面片模型,并在多个装配工艺的不同项目中共享公共零部件面片模型,从而减小轻量化模型的网络传输压力.根据工艺管理系统中的访问历史数据,实时更新维护本地缓存中的公共零部件面片模型,有效控制本地模型缓存的存储空间.%This paper uses the model-sharing method to solve the assembly process lightweight model network transmission problem in process management system.As there are many same geometric models in different assembly craft projects,the parts geometric models in these different projects are split,and the index of these parts geometric models is used to share and repeat the use in different assembly process files,so that the network transmission pressure can be reduced.Based on the historical data of the users in process management system,the local parts geometric models can be maintained to avoid wasting the local disk space.
