卷烟膨胀线热端除尘气锁的优化设计

         

摘要

In order to solve the problem of sparks falling down from the air lock, this paper uses the aerodynamics and fluid dynamics to analyze the reasons, and points out that it is mainly caused by the low rotating speed of dust collector and puts forward the meas-ures of solving it. The cyclone dust collector confluence room is divided into two small spaces, so the problem of sparks falling down from the air lock is solved by the improvement of the internal structure of the cyclone dust collector. Air lock surface temperature is re-duced obviously, the safety and reliability are improved greatly and the effects of saving energy and reducing consumption are a-chieved.%为解决热端旋风除尘气锁掉火星的问题,利用气体动力学和流体力学知识,分析膨胀线热端旋风除尘气锁掉火星的原因,指出除尘器内的风速低,不足于将粉尘甩落是除尘气锁掉火星的主要因素,并提出改进措施.通过将旋风除尘器气流汇合的空间变为2个小空间,解决了除尘气锁掉火星的难题,气锁表面温度比改造前的温度明显降低,提高了热端除尘气锁的安全可靠性,实现了节能降耗的效果.
