"Taguchi methods" is used to analyze the effect of powder mixture,cold-pressing pressure and microwave power on microwave assisted combustion synthesis of Ni-Al system.And the results is verified by experiment.The results show that the optimum parameters are:1g Ni-Al powder mixture,76MPa cold-pressing pressure and 180W microwave power.Under this process condition,the combustion reaction of Ni-Al can be ignited at a faster rate and the reaction is achieved entirely.%利用田口实验设计方法来分析粉末混合物的质量、冷压成型压力和微波功率3个参数在微波助燃Ni-Al(1:1摩尔质量比)燃烧反应过程中的影响,并通过实验加以验证.结果表明,微波助燃Ni-Al燃烧反应的最佳工艺参数为:1g的Ni-Al粉末混合物、76 MPa冷压成型压力以及180 W的微波功率.在此工艺条件下可以以较快速度点燃Ni-Al的燃烧反应,并实现反应的完全发生.
