In order to design the upper monitor of garment cutting machine control system with,this paper takes ARM Cortex-A8 (S5PV210) as core,uses wince 6.0 to design the embedded operating system,introduces the USB data input and visual processing module and the process of the data inputting and data processing,analyses the module function to determine its program,shows the basic code for the data input of the application program,and describes the ideas and methods of pieces' data optimization and visualization.After repeated tests and compared with the pieces contour,this module and clothing nesting software can be used to quickly and accurately read and process the data,and the visual result is perfect.%为了设计移动性能更好的服装裁床控制系统的上位机,提出了以ARM Cortex-A8(S5PV210)为核心,嵌入式操作系统采用Wince 6.0的方案.介绍了其中的USB数据输入与可视化处理模块,从模块功能入手,确定了该模块的方案以及USB驱动的实现;阐述了数据输入及其处理过程,给出了数据输入的应用程序基本源代码,阐述了裁片数据优化以及可视化的思路和方法.通过测试,对比本模块处理后显示的裁片轮廓与服装排料系统中原数据的裁片轮廓,可看出本模块能快速、准确地输入并处理数据,可视化效果良好.
