飞机壁板自动钻铆系统应用研究

         

摘要

自动钻铆系统可有效地提高制孔与连接质量、疲劳寿命和飞机装配的工作效率,已在波音、空客等航空制造企业大面积使用,极大地提高了飞机产品的装配质量与效率.但国内航空制造企业在自动钻铆系统的应用过程中,存在无法分析相应钻铆误差、编程效率低等问题.以某飞机机翼壁板为对象开展关键技术的应用验证,根据设备各自由度的实际状态信息与定位理论状态信息,生成数控代码进行调姿,启动测量系统对壁板气动外形进行实时测量与反馈,达到了壁板的定位精度要求.%Automatic drilling and riveting system is widely used for Boeing and Airbus to improve the quality of the holes and the connection structures,the fatigue life capability and assembly efficiency and accuracy.But in the process of application of the automatic drilling and riveting system in China's aviation manufacturing enterprises,there are problems of unable to parse the corresponding drilling and riveting error and low programming efficiency.This article does application research on a certain type of aircraft wing panel.According to the actual state of free degree of the each device and location information,the CNC code is generated for attitude control,and then the measurement system is started doing real-time measurement and feedback of the aerodynamic outline of the panel and the position and orientation of the panel meets the requirement of the location accuracy.
