为了保障飞机地面牵引的安全性,分析紧急刹车引起的冲击载荷对飞机前起落架下阻力臂的影响,以某型飞机为目标机型,基于Adams建立了含接触碰撞的牵引系统模型,对牵引车牵引飞机实施启动、匀速运行、紧急刹车的过程进行仿真,考察牵引载荷引起的前起落架下阻力臂载荷的变化情况,并通过理论计算和有限元方法对下阻力臂进行屈曲分析.结果表明,紧急刹车时引起的冲击载荷会破坏起落架下阻力臂的结构稳定性.%In order to ensure the safety of aircraft ground traction,this paper analyzes the effect of impact load caused by sudden breaking on the drag strut of nose landing gear.It takes a certain type of aircraft as the reference model and establishes the contact -impact force model of towed system,based on Adams.The processes of starting up,uniform motion and sudden braking during tractor towing aircraft are simulated,to measure the load on the drag strut of nose landing gear,which is caused by traction load.In addition,the buckling analysis of the drag strut is done through the theoretical calculation and the finite element method.The analysis result shows that the drag strut's structural stability can be damaged by the impact load caused by sudden braking.
