多普勒超声监测方法及其在加载材料监测中的应用

摘要

采用多普勒超声-超声检测分析处理装置研究加载状态下的材料断裂特性,该方法是一种综合了多普勒超声和普通超声技术的无损监测方法,其技术特征是在处于加载状态下的材料表面向内部发送一定频率的超声,超声波接受电路对回波信息进行处理,估算小尺度声发射源的密度;该方法比普通超声波探伤更能对加载材料内部小隐患做出判断和预警.%This paper uses Doppler ultrasound-ultrasound method to analyze the characteristics of loaded materials.The character of this technology is to the send ultrasound to the material surface,then the method is used to treat the echo information.According to these informations,the density of sending fountainhead can be estimated.The method is used to estimate the small damages and early warning for the loaded materials.
