一种全自动三辊闸机芯设计

     

摘要

为解决传统三辊闸在运用时需要人为推动闸杆使其通过,影响流通量的不足,设计了一套全自动三辊闸机芯.针对机芯转速恒定时,行人仍想快速通过以及在通道上停留的问题,在机械结构上直接给予解决.并基于单片机系统完成其控制方案设计,最后进行样机调试.结果表明:该全自动三辊闸机芯能够显著提高通过率,最高通过率达35人/min,并保证行人停留通道时的安全.%Because the traditional three roller gate needs to manually push the brake rod to make persons go through, thus easily leading to staffs delay and channel blocking. A fully automatic three roller brake mechanism is designed in this paper. When ones want to go through quickly or stay on the channel at its constant speed, its mechanism can be confrolled directly, then the control scheme is designed based on the MCU,finally the prototype is debugged.The results show that this fully automatic three roller brake mechanism can significantly improve the pass rate its highest pass rate is 35/min. persons. At the same time,the personnel safety on the channel can be guaranteed.
